The Space
Holder
A show about creating radical leaders for feminist times
The role of The Space Holder is to step into leadership and facilitation with a new kind of power. A power that values human connection. A power that values the vulnerability and tenderness present in all spaces where humans gather. A power that recenters our focus. Not on what we know as leaders but on how we can invite others into a space where they feel seen, heard and truly witnessed. The Space Holder is a show that helps leaders step off of their pedestals and into the circle.
I hope you find a place here that not only helps you understand why you’ve felt hurt, misunderstood and even shamed in communal spaces but how you can become the kind of leader that you have always longed for.
